To encourage international students to continuously improve their Chinese language proficiency, the Chinese Language Center is offering the "TOCFL Scholarship" under the Elite Program.
Currently enrolled international students who have obtained a Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificate or transcript at "Level 3 (CEFR B1)" or above are eligible to apply. Please note that the quota is limited and applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
1. Eligibility:
Currently enrolled degree-seeking international students at our university who have obtained a TOCFL certificate or transcript of Level 3 (CEFR B1) or above.
2. Reward Standards & Quota:

Level 3 (CEFR B1): NT$ 3,500 (Limited to 20 recipients per academic year)

Level 4 (CEFR B2): NT$ 5,000 (Limited to 12 recipients per academic year)

Level 5 (CEFR C1): NT$ 7,500 (Limited to 5 recipients per academic year)

Level 6 (CEFR C2): NT$ 10,000 (Limited to 3 recipients per academic year)
3. Application Period: From now until September 30, 2026 (Wednesday), 5:00 PM. (Note: Applications will close early once the quota for each level is fully allocated. Slots are processed on a "first-come, first-reviewed" basis.)

Photocopy of both sides of your Student ID Card (with the current semester registration stamp) or a Certificate of Enrollment.

Photocopy of your TOCFL Certificate or official transcript (please bring the original copy for verification).

Photocopy of Passport or Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).

Photocopy of the cover of your Taiwan postal or bank passbook (under the applicant's name).
