6. HEALTH CERTIFICATE : including Chest Ｘ-Ray and rubella check (in 6 months)
7. Certificate of Diploma (Senior High school graduate or above)

※if the files are not write in English or Chinese, please enclose the formal Chinese or English translation.

* information above except passport and diploma, please hang in in original copy.

* copy of the diploma should have a stamp of external unit as a prove

• Prepare relevant information and fill out the application form in detail.
• Please send the "Application for Admission" together with the above preparation information to the Center.

**Please write all documents in Chinese or English.

• After receiving the relevant information, the Center will send a "Notice of Admission Permit" upon completion of the examination.
• After receiving the "Admission Permit", the student will apply for the student visa to the relevant units of the Republic of China on the basis of the "Admission Permit Notice" of the Center and complete the registration payment before the deadline specified in the notice. Give up together.
