【Notice from National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall】 “2026 Chinese Speech Contest for Foreign Students” Guidelines Attached.

  1. To promote foreign students’ understanding of Taiwanese culture, enhance their interest in learning Chinese, and provide a platform to express their affection for Taiwan and share diverse perspectives, this contest is hereby organized.
  2. Information regarding the event is as follows:
     (1) Registration period: September 1 to October 12, 2026.
     (2) Contest order announcement: To be published on October 16, 2026, under the “Latest News” section of the official website of the National Dr. Sun    Yat-sen Memorial Hall.
     (3) Contest date: Tuesday, November 17, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m.
     (4) Venue: B1 Audiovisual Room, Taiwan Music Hall, Taiwan Traditional Theatre Center (No. 751, Wenlin Rd., Shilin Dist., Taipei City).
  3. Registration for this event is accepted by mail only. Please refer to the contest guidelines for detailed registration instructions. Late submissions or incomplete applications will be deemed invalid without further notice.
  4. In the event of major natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to suspend or postpone the contest. Relevant announcements will be posted in the “Latest News” section of the official website of the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall without separate notification.
