2. Receipt Submission Guidelines
Awardees must complete the receipt signature before the deadline to proceed with scholarship disbursement:
- Submission Method: Please bring your Student ID card and ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) to the Chinese Language Center Office ([Office Location]) to sign the receipt in person.
- Important Notice: Your signature on the receipt must match the English name on your ARC/Passport. Failure to sign the receipt will be considered a waiver of the scholarship.
* Note: The actual criteria for scholarship disbursement and final reward amounts shall be subject to official announcements and the evaluation results of the organizing office.
